What a clean, spacious apartment I would 100% recommend this place. Two large bedrooms one with two double beds and one with a double bed. AVOID AVOID AVOID Where do I even start. Me and my friends travelled 4 hours to Middlesbrough for the Jubilee weekend, to then turn up to house that is honestly not acceptable for anyone to live in. The house smelt like damp as soon as you walk through the door, to think we had booked this for 3 nights annoyed me. This was the beginning of the issues. Dirty kitchen, broken utensils, stains on 2 beds pillows, crisp wrapper left behind the sofa from the previous users (which they tried to blame us for leaving), dirty garden area, no iron (to which the company acknowledged there was no iron and was looking further into it. Looking into it? what does that even mean, if there is no iron, just replace it.) And the worst of all of the problems the toilet was rocking and not sealed to the ground. To then be told by this company (Ryan to be exact) that he cannot do anything and he will get a message to us Monday once our trip was done. Who wouldn't be annoyed after experiencing all these issues for then Ryan to deflect his wrong doings back on us. Why would I want to travel 4 hours to then try and deal with these issues. If you see this company AVOID is all I can say, especially if you see there name on Airbnb. Emily.and Pauline put me and my 2 colleagues in a 3 bedroom house as close to where we were working House was clean tidy and well kept . Again a big thank you .
