As hands-off as you want it to be

Our aim is to make life as a landlord genuinely effortless. We handle all aspects of your bookings, including:

  • Guest communication — enquiries, bookings, check-ins and any issues during a stay, all handled on your behalf
  • Maintenance — we spot, organise and resolve maintenance issues so problems are dealt with before they grow
  • Marketing & bookings — your property advertised across the right channels, with payments taken and managed for you

You don't have to lift a finger. But if you'd like to stay involved, you can. Plenty of our landlords prefer to handle their own maintenance, use their own contractors, or keep a closer eye on the day-to-day, and that's no problem at all. We build the arrangement around how involved you want to be.

Getting your property filled

We take care of all the marketing and advertising, listing your property across the major booking platforms as well as specialist travel and corporate-stay sites to reach the widest possible audience. Guests are encouraged to book directly with us where possible, which keeps booking fees down and income up.

We also use smart pricing tools to adjust your rates automatically with demand, maximising both occupancy and revenue, at no extra cost to you.
