What do we do to get your properties filled?
Our vision and reality is to make your life as a landlord as hands off as possible. We do this by managing all aspects of your bookings, from arranging regular house cleaning to facilitating bookings and taking payments to maintenance issues – you name it we sort it!
We handle the marketing/advertising of your properties to be able to make it so that you don’t have to worry about this aspect of your property management.
All properties managed by The Serviced Accommodation Company are advertised on OTA’s such as Booking.com and Airbnb. We also use alternative travel management websites such as Silverdoor, and Tradestays. All guests are encouraged to book direct to cut out the hefty booking fees of the OTA’s.
Dynamic pricing software such as Pricelabs are amongst those systems used to maximise bookings and increase income across the board, for no extra fees to you as the landlord.
