Here at The Serviced Accommodation Company, guest satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want our guests to feel safe and comfortable in their home-from-home, which is why we are committed to our Same Day Maintenance Guarantee.

This means that within 24 hours of a maintenance issue being reported to a member of our team, we will at-least have a professional visit to carry out an assessment of the issue, if not to completely solve the problem.

In the very rare case that this is not possible, as part of our guarantee, we will relocate guests to an alternative property for no extra cost.
